The Skyla ER Panel II used with Skyla Clinical Chemistry Analyzer, is intended to be used for the quantitative determination of Albumin (ALB), Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/GPT), Amylase (AMY), Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST/GOT), Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN), Creatinine (CREA), Gamma-Glutamyl Transpeptidase (GGT), Blood Glucose (GLU), Total Bilirubin (TBIL)in human whole blood, plasma, or serum. The calculated values of Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) can then be obtained.
